4 DAYS – TREKKING ADVENTURE / CARAVAN DEPARTING FROM M’HAMID
Day 1:
From M’hamid, the last desert village, we leave for Oued Naam, a place where your footsteps in the sand sound like music to your ears. And what kind of music! A walking tour where the body moves at a pace like a metronome! We have lunch in the shade of the palm trees, then we walk on to Oued Naam (dry river). We set up camp here and spend the night under the stars in the desert.
Day 3:
After breakfast departure to Chegaga, a dazzling sandy sea. Lunch in the shade of the trees. We walk further towards Oued Latache, Feel the peace, beauty and harmony of the dunes. Search for sensations and discover one of the oldest ways of life: the nomads, their customs, their traditions. In the afternoon we continue our way to Erg Chegaga. Arrive in bivouac Chegaga in time to admire the beautiful sunset on the high dunes. Evening dinner and music around the campfire. Overnight in the camp.
Day 2:
The next morning after breakfast, the caravan continues its journey to Bougarn, also on the border with Algeria. This is where you really start to experience the desert, because she never reveals its secrets. Lunch break in the middle of the desert, then we resume our tour for 3 hours and set up camp in the late afternoon. “In the evening our chefs prepare a delicious dinner and make a cozy campfire, overnight under the stars.
Day 4:
After breakfast departure from Chegaga to M’Hamid with 4 × 4, arrival time in M’hamid ± 11.00 hrs at our agency.
